我的生活方式(My Lifestyle)　Different people have different lifestyles. They do the same things from morning to evening every day. Usually, they write their plans on paper. But sometimes they remember what things they will do in their minds. I also have my own lifestyle. It is wonderful! I get up early on weekdays, and do the school things then. But at the weekend, I never get up early. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime. One day, I stayed in bed very late. It was a weekday. The clock rang. It was six thirty. But I didn’t hear it. I stayed in bed until seven o’clock. I looked at the clock and jumped from the bed to the floor. I was afraid, “Oh, my God, I will be late.” I shouted. So I didn’t have breakfast. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school. I was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school. I was pleased that time. I think I should get up earlier on weekdays or I will be late. 低碳生活的做法有：

1、平时出门购物要自带环保袋，不要用一次性塑料袋。

2、出门自带水杯，减少使用一次性纸杯。

3、多用永久性筷子，饭盒，不用使用一次性筷子和饭盒。

5、随手关灯、关电源。

As we know, it’s very important to arrange our spare time. If we use it well, we can benefit from it. Id like to make full use of my spare time. Usually I would like to do three things in my spare time, reading, surfing the Internet and doing some physical exercise, which are three of my deepest passions. Reading is one of my favourite ways to my spare time. I like reading books at home during the weekends. Reading can extend our horizon, and rich our knowledge. Fortunately, with the development of the information technology, magazines and newspapers are all around our life. Internet has become a major media in recent years. I love to surf the Internet in my spare time ’s convenient for me to find some information ,andmake my life more colourful. At the same time, I can study on-line, learn different cultures and know the big world out there. I also think that physical traning is the most important thing for us. We should build a strong body to do any other things. Anyway, health is the another way to share my spare time is travelling, because I can relax myself and see the beautiful , thats how I spend most of my spare time. Reading is a good way to absorb knowledge and become familiar with news events. Surfing on the Internet exposes me to the worlds different cultures and different people that come from different backgrounds. I can keep a good health via doing the physical exercise.
